On Saturday afternoon, me n SS Pencak Silat team went to BFR for relaxing mind. It was fun...i seldom go to beach...because it was far from my home. So i took the opportunity to go with them, and of course took a few shots .... enjoy...

Friday May 15th, i planned to go hiking @ Bukit Subuk with a few students but the weather not allowing....hujan le.... so i just took somewhere....to Serasa....just passing by... so no burning fat, we all went to eat @ Pines Restaurant.....

1st time went hiking @ Tasek Lama with my dear friend Suzie....wow....really tired and challenging....but thanks to Suzie for giving me support to finish it.... then starting on that moment, i began to like it....now with other friends also, Dk.Dewi, Sarini and Vivian...enjoy the moment....feel the fresh air....

Saturday Morning, Dk.Dewi, Sarini and I went to Tasek Lama to do an "extreme" exercise i.e. climbing the hill @ Tasek Lama. It was my 2nd time to climb it but 1st time for both of my lovely friends....but they doing fine...fun right...?? hehehe... congrates to Sarini and especially to Dk.Dewi because she managed to finish it...dengan penuh semangat...yes you can do it.... yeeaaa.

Friday, May 8th, Marhani and i went to Serusop to try out some food @ Ceri Cafe...hmm not bad, we ate Nasi Lemak with Chicken wing, Tea Tarik and Ice Lemon Tea (iakah hee...)

Ct and I liked to visit DeFountain Cafe in Kiulap....not always...(if enough budget..heheee...). Then one day i try one of their menu...Salmon Baked Mushroom with Potato with Hot Cafe Latte with Caramel.
